We are excited to officially launch the mERCury project, the first ERC NCP project, coordinated by APRE-Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea! Bringing together 23 beneficiaries from across Europe, the consortium will spend the next three years enhancing collaboration among the ERC NCPs.
mERCury overarching goal
To enhance and harmonise the quality of ERC NCP services offered to applicants across all countries, ensuring more consistent support, sharing of best practices, and fostering wider participation, particularly among Widening and less experienced countries.
mERCury will
- Improve, professionalise, and harmonise ERC NCP services across Europe
- Build capacities of NCPs in Widening and less experienced countries
- Strengthen national and local support for potential ERC applicants
- Provide support materials and training opportunities for NCPs and the scientific community
